Denise Ybarra, our Property Manager, is a licensed real estate broker and has experience in managing multi-family, single family, and commercial units. Her passion is helping people and providing the community with the right space to fit their housing or business needs. She loves assisting clients with the management of their properties, is hands-on, a great communicator, and will go above and beyond for her clients. She takes pride in everything she does and this reflects in her fabulous work ethic. Well-liked by all who meet her, Denise is a military wife and mother and very involved in her community. She has two grown children, Gabriela and Bobby. In her free time, she volunteers alongside her daughter at the Humane Society in Ojai, CA.
